Well done, sir! I guess the factory coil pack was a Bosch unit too. Take a look at the camshaft position sensor , next to the coil pack. If the seal of that bloody sensor is old and cracked, it may leaks engine oil. (sry 'bout my bad English) Take care!

The cabin air filter should have come with plastic clips and butyl strip tape. If not then you will soon find your passenger footwell flooded with rainwater.

Had a Zetec engine, it ran really sweet, but would cough and splutter like it was running on water and petrol, changed the plugs, leads, coil pack, reset the ecu, it drove for a week and did the same, didn't have a reader back then and never found the fault, could never trust it after that.

Change the fuel filter and run some fuel cleaner through it on a tenners worth of petrol.
