It had something to do with them removing East's spells and then saving them now that she's dead

@@sheismymom yeah I think her spells was supposed to be transferred to her chosen successor but thanks to the Wizard she didn't have anyone and they needed to preserve them

It’s magic it doesn’t have to make sense…unlike science being built on logic and physicality Magic is built on emotion and spirituality…you just sense things on a spiritual level (in fiction of course)
