Writing from 35,000 feet in the sky! THANK YOU for watching this KZbin channel. Fantastic vlog as usual Seth. Congratulations on the PR. An amazing run and I know there is more to come in the future too. I love following the journey so thanks for sharing. That OTQ is coming. I was meant to be racing in Rotterdam but an injury prevented me on this occasion but I am sure I'll get to race with you at an event in future. For now I am working on my aerobic fitness on the bike and spent 2 beautiful hours on the trails this morning in the rain. It's not quite running but it still gave me a huge rush of endorphins and put a huge smile on my face. Have a safe journey back to Denver.

Diasappointing maybe, (your goal was 2:17:30 I was told) but you can learn from your mistakes. Tim Grose made a very nice comparison of 3 youtubers, wanting to run sub 2:20 in Rotterdam. he compared their training sessions before the marathon. Seth was the odd one out, he hardly did any training in marathon pace. A lot of slow running (90% - 10%)

I hope to run my first road marathon this fall, somewhere in New England, most likely the Baystate Marathon. Last year I ran PRs in 5K, 10K, and half marathon time trials, but the marathon eluded me due to injuries.
