I don't know what it is about this song, but it made me feel a ton of emotions. I haven't been moved by a metal track like this in a very long time. I think the most recent that made me feel similar was Borknagar - Up North. Both this and the other song make me feel a sense of freedom. That's the only way I know how to express the feeling I get from the two tracks. This song is absolutely incredible!

Lol that's honestly pretty cool man, finding that common ground especially in art with your kids is awesome. My son and I havnt breached that barrier in metal yet but to have Rotting Christ be the catalyst would be exceptionally cool lol. What a powerful song!!! It made me realize how Mountains have silently been such an important part of countless human cultures. And almost all religions that have ever existed mention a great mountain. Mystics are drawn towards mountains. Many also feel that the mountains are alive. I once saw some irl, and I've never really forgotten the sight. It was overwhelming to say the least. They've timelessly inspired awe, fear and respect in us humans
