Rottweiler Goes Into Labour And Give Birth To 9 Puppies

In today's video we are introducing our beautiful litter of 9 Rottweiler puppies to the world. Both mama and the puppies are doing well. Sheela is a great mother and gives great care to her puppies by nursing them, keeping them clean and even training them. These are very exciting times for us and for next couple weeks we will be quite busy with all the dogs.

@@HAUSOFRAUCHIGROTTS I completely agree with you! We didn’t plan for her to become pregnant and it’s the only litter she will ever have. She will be fixed after. We just had recently rescued the Rottie before she got pregnant, and she went into heat and they tied before we even realized it because she was super good at hiding it. We even kept them separate the remaining time but it only took that one time, so here we are! Trust me it wasn’t a planned breeding. But we are going to do everything we can for her, and her pregnancy has gone really smoothly so far. Vet has been involved the whole time.

Hello. This is our first litter and my question is, Do you let them completely just do their thing with the birth of the babies as far as taking off the umbilical cord herself or do you intervene and help to make sure she doesn’t take the whole umbilical cord off? I’ve watched another video and the owner was stopping the dog at a certain point to make sure she didn’t rip off her babies cord.
