Raw Feeding Our 8 Weeks Old Feisty Rottweiler Puppies

In today's video we fed raw beef tripe and mince to our 8 weeks old Rottweiler puppies. These are big bone puppies and eat 3-4 times daily in order to get the protein they need at this growing stage.

Adorable puppies! I have 4 8 week old pittie mutts and use that bowl, and they are about to be totally weened… at what age do you give them their own bowls? I worry they are not getting equal amounts with the large communal bowl and I can’t rely on moms milk supplementing any more!

One thing though, I wonder what your views or pointers are on the recent attack of the breeder in California of Pitbulls while he was feeding them, and how it is that something like that can happen to someone that loved, fed, and trained the dogs and were so familiar with?

My Rottie pup, a male, came to me at 8 weeks old with hook worms and so so skinny. His bones on his back and ribs showed. He was 8 lbs , he is 2 now and weighs a beautiful 120 lbs and he is gorgeous. The beeeder I bought form was from Tennessee and has a good reputation but wasn’t impressed with his condition when I got him. I love him so much!

I’m in need of desperate help. I have no idea what to feed my 10 almost 11 week old girl Rottweiler. She’s starting to eat her own poo and I have been feeding her what the back of her biscuits say too, the previous owners fed her gross canned food so I made her own food (mince, grated potatoes and sweet potatoes, a little turmeric and parsley) I gave her 1/4 cups and divid it into 3 meals throughout the day because that what that gross canned food said so I just thought it would go the same with home cooked meals. I’m so lost 😞 and feel like I’m under feeding her but I have no idea what to do and I don’t want to over feed her or under feed her. She’s only 6kilos she’s a bit smaller of a rottie. I just need help because I don’t want to not feed her right at all Please help me

Also her biscuits say on the back 85g through the day so I do 28g every meal as I feed her 3x a day. I just need someone who has a Rottweiler to tell me because I know she needs more food then a regular dog because she’ll grow big

Start feeding her raw tripe to put weight on her. You can mix it with high quality kibble (royal canin maxi puppy). That should get her going, good luck
