The loose swing on most swing knives is probably why I don’t have one. I always thought they looked cheap. This one looks impressive.

It's a beast! I like it a lot, and would enjoy owning one... however it costs £125 in the UK, which is even steeper than $75! I love the cam-like swing guard design, but I don't like the weird fuller/cutout on the blade. I agree that a smaller version would be cool, or even a slip joint for us Euro softies 😉

The shape of the fuller looks odd with the blade open but makes sense when the thing is closed. The shape of the end of the bolster and the curve on the swing-guard fits together so well. Neat design.

I see where you're coming from about the fuller. I just wished it was on both sides. Funny thing is, plenty of older knives from 60-80 ears ago did similar things.

I've had this one since it came out. Amazingly well made. It's essentially a substitute for a fixed blade. I really like their Damascus granddaddy too.

Sometimes, the heart just wants what the heart wants. 😆I've never owned a swing guard knife, but I think they're pretty cool. If it was between the Swish and the Sabacc, I'd probably choose the Sabacc. Thanks for showing this one off, buddy!

I feel the same way as you about the price and every once in a while, I would check to see if it is discounted. Most reviewers did not like this knife but I am going to ramp up my search for a sale or just bite the bullet. Right now I am holding an Al Mar Eagle and is five inches closed...this one is six so it is really big and would justify the price. You showed it well and gave it a fair assessment. The solid guard lock did it for me.

Just got mine in a couple of days ago. So far I'm liking it alot It is a hoss. I'm like you I fretted over buying it more than usual but the sting will go away fairly fast lol. I enjoyed your video it was good Thanks Tobias

Looks like a well made knife and almost the size of a Marbles Game Getter which is a very large folding sheath knife. I wonder if RR expects folks to carry it in a pocket or will make a belt sheath available for the Swish?

I’ve been eyeing this thing for a couple years, since I got into RR’s. Don’t own any RRR, but I know that they’re nicer quality cuz of all the videos I’ve watched. But this one is just so pricey, I can’t seem to pull the trigger on it, but it’s so cool. Great video as always Tobias . For what it’s worth, I like that it’s 6 inches closed, makes it different

Beautiful knife. Im going to have to get one. Its true that its a little too big for pocket carry. But it would be perfect for slipping into the pocket of your leather biker jacket. That long pull is unusual. I first thought it was a fuller until i realized it was only on one side. I might be in the minority but i think its worth the price.

Great review. I had my eye on this one for a while but the price and that single sided fuller held me back. It really looks better in your video vs the pictures on SMKW. It’s a no go for me as it’s to big to carry,. Hopefully they will make a smaller version.

I could swear I repied before but you tube doesn't show it. The fuller is definitely an issue and should be eliminated in future releases. And the price is definitely steep! I'd also like a smaller version.

I’m a sucker for an absolutely huge knife! I have a giant Winchester class, five Warthogg got for me. It’s a ridiculously large slip joint, I have absolutely no use for it, but it’s still one of my favourite pieces. This looks great, but I doubt It’ll be stocked in the UK.

The size is fine with me, but it would be really nice if it came with a sheath, that way the pricepoint would be easier to overcome. Most secure swing guard i've sen sofar. The lockback is a nice locking. Thank you Tobias.

I’ve had this knife since it was released, and I have mixed feelings about it. I agree that it’s a cool knife, and my idea was that I would carry it sometimes in place of a fixed blade, but it’s not easy to carry. I agree that it should have come with a sheath.

Even a decent nylon sheath would’ve been more appreciated than the metal tube. The knife is really too big for the tube and it’s pretty much useless ( the tube, not the knife)

I’m always glad to see unusual patterns being made, and made well. Choices are good! But this one isn’t for me. Both price and size are too much. I’m happy with the quality you get in the regular RR line, and I like to get 4-5 knives for that same money. Haven’t seen anything compelling come out of RR for a few months. Come on, Smoky!

A fighting folder with the spirit of a sword. I have a sort of deep pleasure when all pieces lock perfectly in place. This is the case. You need it? Other people buy pictures to hang on a wall. Art don´t need to be needed. Enjoy it!

Your lucky you aint in the uk, it's $156 or £125 uk from Heinnie Haynes , affraid I won't be getting this one, i can get the clasper or panthers for $87 or £70 uk price . Don't know what they are doing with there prices, they are crazy.
