Spoilers in my comment below Red sure knew how to get on everyone’s wrong side that game stacking in multiple peoples bonuses early on and breaking people. A decent result considering how that went. Ggs!

Going into this, I have the intel that red needs work, and as such would not want to be putting any troops anywhere near them. Kinda surprising they made it this far, they must've had some magic happen, because they did not play well in my round 3(They smacked 2 large stacks of Apes, rolled a non 100% roll on another stack, botted out and returned later. Feel free to take a peek for comedy's sake. They behaved worse than they did this game, so perhaps they're learning a little.) Seeing you forced into neighboring them is not a good sign, but you don't have options. Well done on surviving to the 70, and have a good remainder of your tournament. Keep your stick on the ice.

You could see I really tried my best to keep my emotions in check about it when I realized he was just a newer player. Ok so I get bad luck and maybe the situation costs me my tournament overall but it definitely hurts less than last season when I got deliberately sniped round one and didn't even get a fair chance to play at all. I've come to understand that in order to call a tournament the risk world championships it just can't be an open tournament or this sort of thing happens too often. So that's why I stopped calling this one. Even though I will say Marcellus has been doing a great job with the settings this season.

@@FreePete I’m already out, and it’s not worth freaking out over, but I do wish the guy had taken a little bit of time to look at the post-game autopsy for his own sake. First tournament for me and frankly I’m quite happy with how I played the round. It’s fair to say that there’s some issues with having the tourney be open to all, but you will get an increased player count. Might not be worth the bargain, but anyhow. Have a good rest of your tourney.

To be fair, I don't think I would've survived even without their influence. The troop loss from the break and loss of income is a bother, but I still think I die. Either way, this is one guy to be a little wary of going forward.

So how the heck is Jane/purple a beginner if 20 wins to 10 losses? Edit: And now, having watched half the game, I almost think that purple must have intentionally taken sixth in 10 games in a row just to lower their rank. Edit 2: (Spoiler) And... purple won.

The ranking system decays you down a class every season if you don't play.
