What is your ("defaced", I think they call it) Blue Ensign?

It is the defaced ensign of Parkstone Yacht Club, which is a royal warranted club (along with quite a bunch of others). The defacement is a golden dolphin, but to be honest it doesn’t look much like a dolphin to me!
