I would love to go to Japan just to go FUDE shopping and of course touring and the restaurants for great food!!! But not until all this COVID crap is over. How in the world do you remember the names and type of hairs on your brushes. Have you ever inventoried your brushes to see what it’s worth? Do you ever sell your destashed brushes because I’m interested and where can I find them?

Shopping and eating trips in Japan are definitely a must-do's for me once it's possible. I don't remember them all! I have a inventory sheet that I'm working on, a brush catalogue if you will, this video is part of my inventory efforts. docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1BF2mHdX8XmCEY76-4-LTEpgklitqbODw-Tdas4N0A-k/edit?usp=drivesdk Notice I didn't do a price column, ha ha. This is for two reasons, I don't want to know the total and the prices on almost all of the brushes have increased over time. This is a partial list of the brushes I'm selling, I'll be adding more in the coming weeks. docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1_8ht-81b9Qy0gwJxdjp8gr19rBFB9cbyprWELvB2O-w/edit?usp=drivesdk

Love I’ve your videos. Can you rank all of them from your least favorite to your most.

I can't rank all of them against each other because the functions are all different. I can give you the top 5-10?

@@myvagabondshoes shoot me an e-mail. Even though I'm only going to tell you my top five, it's going to be a long wall of text that you probably won't want to read in a KZbin comment. Plus in an email, you'll have it saved for future reference

Great new series. Interested in the Hakuhodo kazan brush. I have the KZ 2 and 4 and find them rather wispy. Does the Hakuhodo have a bit more density and ooomph?
@Jaybirdwalking4 жыл бұрын
The kz2 and kz4 are quite airy, agreed. The hakuhodo is a completely different feel. It's more resilience than the rc-2

Hi if you could only buy 3 or 4 face brushes from the KZ series, which ones would they be.?

I have a dedicated kz series brush video where I rank them! kzbin.info/www/bejne/laS8i2Wqepd8pMU docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ZGPmFF_5EGxB6aiW6nymo0MFixu-jWHQrLMznkHp5cU/edit?usp=drivesdk

I'm still salty about missing out on the Koyudo BP022 brush. I had been on my wish list for ages but I never pulled the trigger on it and then it was discontinued. Now I can't find a comparable size and shape to it in squirrel hair. You also have me curious about the Hakuhodo G 5518 brush. Do you know if Tanseido brushes are sold in physical stores in Japan? Or are they only available online? How would you compare the undyed goat quality between Tanseido vs Hakuhodo?
@Jaybirdwalking4 жыл бұрын
5518 feels the closest (density, and softness) albeit it has a domed head. The kokutan eye shadow brush c looks the most similar but it's smaller and not as dense. I've never felt a tanseido untill I bought mine. Overall I think the non exs goat is the same to a little bit finer and smoother. Something I noticed is that tanseido tends to make wispier brushes (less hair packed into the same foze ferrule than most other fude brands)
