Sou brasileiro e estou encantado com Round Rock. Estou aqui há 2 meses e retornarei ao Brasil em outubro. Tenho visitado diariamente os pontos de atrações dessa cidade em franca expansão imobiliária. Vou com frequência a Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown dowtowns. Cidades organizadas e seguras. População em geral educadas e cordiais. Estive em UT para uma partida de voleibol ( UT x Denver) e no participarei de uma corrida de rua beneficente dia 17/09. PARABÉNS ao Texas.

We moved to the Austin area 2 and a half years ago. We lived in Round Rock first, we rented a home before buying because we wanted to know the area first. I loved Round Rock and I wanted to buy a home there, unffortunately just a little outof budget so we explored more options and ended up buying in Manor, to the southeast of Austin. We love it so far, brand new home and very affordable.

Is it true houses east of 35 might sink in the future because they were farmland? I am not looking at Round Rock or Pflugerville anymore. Only Cedar Park and Leander

What is the average home going for these days in Cedar Park ? Looking to relocate from California and I have many questions.

I like both of these areas, but there are problems with every area you move to be sure to really study, as the grass really isnt greener for many, be sure to get solar power with CRsolar in Texas. If you want a system that will work good. We fix many systems also
