Another superb video. Fine pilotage and great instruction too. I am so impressed with the way you handle Jack's Sound. I got to Fishguard from Dale, dropped the hook, fell asleep and never went ashore!

Brings back memories from 2 years ago when we camped just outside of Fishguard. "Tŷ Coffi Janes" is brilliant and we had more than a few little coffees and teas there!! Lovely video and thanks for the advice on the sounds Mike. Happy sailing!

It’s quite a few years since sailing down the Mersey. It’s not that I don’t want to go, it’s more of a case of tide and time would you believe. Every year I normally have a plan for it but the weather disagrees with the plan. I will get round to it I promise you. Foxhounds go very well as I remember. All the best mike 👍

Hi Mike, just seen you crossing Hells Mouth heading for Aberdaren and Bardsey sound. Looking at Tides I’m guessing you’re aiming for the sound for about 5:00pm 22/6. Shame about the man with the shower. We probably doing a long weekend to Fishguard, from Pwllheli, in couple of weeks. Enjoyed it on our return from Kilmore Quay.

Hi Steve, yes seen you! You are the second boat I’ve seen today. I’m sitting in aberdaren waiting for the tide to turn as you guessed. Fishguard to Pwllheli race today at 6pm, you should of been in it 👌 Regards Mike

@@sailingcosiloveit sorry Mike not on our boat today. We have a caravan overlooking Hells Mouth. My wife was doing the Abersoch triathlon today, otherwise I would have looked at the race. A call had gone out for boats to act as support for the rowers.

Catching up with your vlogs, having just been to Anglesey for the week. Looks great where you are it’s a shame about the incident with the shower. Hopefully he will reflect on his manner and improve. Have fun

That guy has upset others too. If your still in Fishguard on Saturday there is going to be 75 boats turn up, 25 yachts, 25 ribs 25 gig rowing boats, there is a race from Fishguard to Pwhelli.

@@sailingcosiloveit Yes 🤣and here is something funnier, I had my mate row to a canoe stern yacht late morning thinking you were still there, so instead we had a chat with some random boat who was part of the race trying to catch you up 🤣
