This is so much better than those contouring tutorials where the MUAs (lol MUA? not even close) pretty much do the same thing: contouring the hollow of the cheeks, temples of the forehead, along the jawline downwards... and forgetting to take into account each person's face shape! I have a round face so I like to slim down the sides by adding shadow to the perimeter of my face like you demonstrated above, I never take it under my cheek bone bc it makes me look quite old if I do that. Really enjoy this video, as usual!

Everything is spot on for me! The first angle tip is magic! also the tip about the relation btw temples and face. I changed my blush placement from my cheeks to where highlight usually goes and it COMPLETELY changed my face! You're the best Ally!

I'd love to see this from the side- I keep trying to contour but I'm afraid when I go out in public that it's too much and I end up wiping it off. I have a lot of loose skin around my jaw and throat. I used to have awesome cheekbones, but I can't see them anymore! I'd really like to get this right, but my confidence in my blending techniques could be improved. Thanks for making great videos!

Use a dark colour and draw a fake line going up from the sides of your nose to make it look more upturned. Much more less noticeable version of the joker
