Thanks for this video. I find it fascinating that we can look on a map and have the entire area laid out but when you're on the water it is actually a lot different as each landmark gradually comes into view. Cheers Jason, this is awesome! 👍😃

Goat Island! Some nice snorkelling there. We used to visit Goat Island when we lived in Auckland. Some good cockling on nearby beaches too! Many a feast we dug up from the sand back in the day.

@@Henry-go2ll yeah I did see that. It did seem like a good buy. Well sort of. A couple of months ago one called albion sold at auction for about 1800 at mildor marina. it had a working motor had been well taken care of and was in good nick. that was the real bargain. Wow...that blew me away that did. When I started sailing those trackers were worth about 20 k plus!

Admire u being out there, doing it. I just sit home and look at boats on trade me. Use my age (old) & health (obese) as an excuse. What yacht is that? ( u have so many). Cheers JD.

Mongo. A cal 27. Thanks. A lot of people go a lot further than I do, and some don't go as far on their boats. It's a hard job I reckon deciding between if you should do more or less or be happy with what you do and are lucky enough to get to do. Sometimes i feel lucky. Other times I feel a bit held back, by fear or life or money or whatever. It's a funny old world, and a funny old experience being a human on it!
