You can use the dosage as mentioned. Important thing is you have to spray when the weeds are at active growth to achieve much success. If weeds are too tall you can slash them out and once they produce shoots again spray them. So it will kill entire plants include ground parts (rhizome) bro🥰

Yes brother plants need to have greenish parts to absorb well. Otherwise your effort will not work. If the land is big, use tractor attached mover. However once it cut down if the weeds are gunia grass, even in this dry conditions they will produce new shoots so that time you could spray.
