@MuhammadIamhardBrucelee5 жыл бұрын
Well, Jerome is about 45-50 minutes away from Sedona on 89A and a picturesque place on a hill. You can actually loop through 89A into the mountains and it’s a beautiful drive and reminiscent of the old west towns. Did you guys stop at Williams? That is another cool place right near Route 66 on I-40. Williams is another old west type town and also the starting point for Grand Canyon Railway.

They are cheap and usually on the highways and good place to crash for the night if you are on a road trip and feel tired. Very basic with bed and bathroom but will do the job if you want to crash and get out the next morning. Both Super 8 and Motel 6 are the quintessential motor hotels on US highways.
@ProjectResident5 жыл бұрын
asdf asdf those are independently owned as the Wyndham enterprise sells the franchise like majority of large companies. So it all depends on the particular owner. The one I stayed in Hartford CN looked like a freaking rehab facility. Yet those rooms were pretty spacious.
@MuhammadIamhardBrucelee5 жыл бұрын
Проект Резидент The ones on the highways are decent enough to sleep for the night and you can usually walk in and get a room. I’ve stayed at both Super 8 and Motel 6 on highway trips and you just pull over on the exit and walk up and can have a room for the night to rest and then get ready in the morning to hit the road again. Most of these hotels are franchises and they change names every few years . Could go from Super 8 to Ramada to Best Western to Days Inn to Red Roof Inn all within 15-20 years.

A cowboy rode into town and stopped at the saloon for a drink. Unfortunately, the locals always had a habit of picking on newcomers. When he finished, he found his horse had been stolen. He comes back into the bar, handily flips his gun into the air, catches it above his head without even looking and fires a shot into the ceiling. “Who stole my horse?” he yelled with surprising forcefulness. No one answered. “I’m gonna have another beer and if my horse ain’t back outside by the time I’m finished, I’m gonna do what I dun back in Texas and I don’t want to have to do what I dun back in Texas!” Some of the locals shifted restlessly. He had another beer, walked outside, and his horse was back! He saddled up and started to ride out of town. The bartender wandered out of the bar and asked, “Say partner, what happened in Texas?” The cowboy turned back and said, “I had to walk home!”
