This is great, I had purchased four of these 16mm rails and had them sitting around for a while and last year got the bearings. Now to make the other parts. The problem is room to put this thing. I think I might have to limit it to about 48". I had completely forgotten about the stops. Thanks for posting.

Hello. You have a new channel name now? Instead of Mokong TV? How can i possibly get or buy the router support for this Makita router? I have the same linear guide rails and its been my plan 2 years ago to make a flattening jig. Initially use a plexiglass but yours is more sturdy and dont flex. Can you help me get one too? Thanks!

If you put a removable stud through the base plate you could follow templates. Would be nice for flattening arias but leaving parts high or doing multiple cove cuts with a core box bit etc...

How to make: 1: Buy 4 runners. 😊 2: Hit “print” on your CNC sheet metal cutter. 😅 3: Finish in your industrial hydraulic bender. 😂 But seriously, the metal plate isn’t hard to make with hand tools, and could even be made from thick plywood.
