Is EIGRP routine protocol not working nowadays? It is also included in routing protocol.

EIGRP (Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol) is still widely used, especially in Cisco environments. However, since it's proprietary to Cisco, we focused on RIP, OSPF, and BGP in this video, as they are more commonly used across different platforms.
