I do a Smoked Pacific White Sturgeon Mousse every New years Eve. A potato chip/crisp dip, ,or veggie dip, ,or simple sandwich spread. Uncountable uses for a good Mousses. Every time I visit this site I get Hangry!!. Soo good and still relevant, a year later.
