By the way I have l4 l5 disc herniated, and 3 facet joints damaged and spinal ligamental streched, was a little hard but I recovered 💪🏾

I just absolutely love your channel. I had such a hard time starting to workout post disc herniation and there are literally no other youtubers making content like this. These are helpful. I also have a pretty severe wrist injury that makes it so my grip strength in my right hand isn't what it should be, so I can't do the last two, but I'm definitely trying some of the others. I'm finally getting back to the gym after near a decade of not doing any exercise due to severe back pain.

Great info as always. I've had four back surgeries, also broken back at T11 and three hip surgeries. I'm a hybrid athlete and am always looking for new ways and safe techniquesand exercises to add to my training...Thank you

I have 2 disc protrusions at l4-s1 and I do Dumbbell Seal Rows, where I set up 1 bench on top of 2 other benches! This is amazing as I can go all the way to failure without ANY pressure being put on my lower back because of lying flat on the bench!

Def bench support for me! Like a T-bar...standing bent rows with a barbell never felt right to me even before the bad discs; always felt like I was using my arms too much and not working the lats
