I'm convinced that rowhomes are what make Philly great. They give people of all income levels the chance to live in their own single family house in a dense neighborhood with easy access to jobs, services, and mass transit.

There is way to much crime though

@@Duckoo1 It's almost like there might be more crime because of there being more people in the city. Really you just need to examine the block/neighborhood

I find this very interesting since I grew up in a row home in South West Philadelphia. You are right, row homes do have a certain type of charm since they are very old. I remember family members told me that the row home that I grew up in was made in the early 20s and it had really nice masonry (brick laying) on the face of the buildings. Sadly, after finding out last week that our old row home has been abandoned and the front porch is falling apart. I guess it's the way it is in Philly. However, I'm happy that someone out there is taking pictures of these abandoned row homes and creating awesome peices of art!

Great photography but i had to stop watching when nfts came into play. I cannot support a medium that is so bad for the environment and also feels so gross that the communities these homes are in are just being used for "digital property'. Especially if they are still occupied. I would be PISSED to see someone making over a grand on a picture of my house with the knowledge that transaction used more energy then I do in a year. I much rather see these as prints or a book, which is something people in these communities could actually afford.

Yeah man, as soon as he said NFT I was fucking out. I held out hope he was selling some sort of high dollar prints but no-stupid scam JPEGS.

Loved this! Way more interesting and legit than I thought this would be. Really inspiring to just go out there and be creative with approaching any scenery.

Beautiful work. Question about an NFT sale. Once someone purchases an NFT, does the artist still have control/ownership of the original image. Is it like selling a print 1/1 or selling the original?

Awesome video Chris, I’ve followed your work ever since your bike across America and was always curious to see what you would do with all those awesome pictures and to see what you have done with them and the nft space is inspiring. I tried purchasing one of the first rowhomes nfts but missed out on the drop but nevertheless I’ve been admiring from a far and can’t wait to see more of what you got

Awesome man. I came across these Rowhomes a couple days ago. All I can say is "What a brilliant collection". So impresively photographed. The editing is top notch. The idea is genius. Much respect. I created a collection on opensea called Wave Photography. The only thing is I can't stand twitter. My question to you, do you think rowhomes would have blown up with using twitter? As far as I've been reading, Twitter is the top dog for exposing and promoting NFT's. Any thought? And no worries if you don't reply. I know how it goes sometimes. Thanks and wish you the best. Subscribing for sure.

Love those pictures of those historic rowhouses of Philadelphia! You are doing a great job documenting these abandoned houses and taking pictures of these houses so other people can learn about the architectural history of the city. Great video and work!

It would be helpful to know how much you sold your artwork for and you made in total. I’m often unsure how to price my own work.

Had philly change the zoning on empty land that used to be a row home, and allow for single family houses to be built, it would help with safety and parking. Many row homes have parking issues.
