Evening Aram, I practice trying to push the top of my head through someone's hand whilst practicing one the erg, i.e. have someone put their hand on the top of your head and try to maintain connection with it throughout the stroke. Then I try to visualize that feeling when the boat. PS Merry Christmas to you all!

Interessante Analyse! 1.

Aram, on the Tideway Eric Phelphs had an awesome reputation as an extremely fast professional sculler and teacher. Faster than his brother Ted. Here he is in 1933 pacing his brother. I would love to hear your analysis.

Hi, Aram, I don't know if you have done it already, but I'd like to suggest that you do an analisis of someone with very good rowing motion. Thank you!

Good analysis. Would love to see a follow up video after the athlete has had time to make the adjustments and changes.

Perhaps better to say that the pelvis pivots on the sit bones before the knees soften.
