Seen a crossing with an extremely long gate on an Invensys Rail gate mechanism, and it tended to bounce when the gate was lowering, causing the bell to ring for a couple more strokes after it had quit. Though the crossing had the gate hit by a car and then run over by a train, and the new gate doesn't seem to be heavy enough as it no longer lowers all the way, causing the bell to keep ringing.

The bulk flats are used for either logs or steel.

Nathan A RF, do do think that these new level crossing alarms have a day and night mode?
