Hi Roxi for crystal healing you should display gemstones in a plate or small pot. Each day go to them and whatever one you are drawn too you hold in your palm and it transfers its energy. Also you can look them up and see what they are for and carry the one you feel will help you that day. You pronounced Labradorite properly lol x
