Can’t believe the interviewer didn’t have a clue who she was talking too!!!!!!!! What she has missed ! Been a Roxy fan for years and years. Been some fantastic nights in Glasgow when the band was in town! Come back soon! It’s been far too long! Great to see you all together again!!!!

Reading the comments, it seems that many people here think that the reason why BF is not in this video is because wants to be "alone in the limelight" or "dissociate himself from Roxy" and blah blah... To those people, I suggest they listen to his speech at the awards. He mentioned by name all Roxy musicians from all albums, then the musicians playing with them on the award night, then all other collaborators, managers etc. It was very long list. BF is a real gentleman, and it shows. We have no idea why he is not in this video.Maybe he had seen that interviewer earlier, and he wanted to avoid her. Maybe he was busy with something else. Who knows - and who cares?

Hey nice to see the shout out for Cleveland! I saw Roxy Music in Cleveland Public Hall in 1975 (Siren tour.) Sat in the third row, with Eddie Jobson right in front of me with his plexi violin solo. Mind blown!

Roxy Music was never widely recognized here, so to do this interview right they would need an older person preferably from Britain. Not likely to happen because money. She did know about as much as I do about them: not much.

Paul Thompson is such a stud on those albums. Also John Gustafson. And John Porter on the earlier albums. Great, great bassists. And great bass lines were such an integral part of their sound. Why weren’t they part of the band? I never understood it.

When Eddie Jobson mentioned some of the other bands he was in, I got the impression that she didn't have the slightest clue who they were. Bands that were all massively important as well. She sure knew Duran Duran though, who couldn't hold a candle to Roxy or any of Jobson's other bands.

Out of the Blue and Both Ends Burning point the way to Duran Duran. It’s mostly the fashion and glamour of it. There’s a musical connection as well. Duran Duran also took big cues from Chic.
