Love this idea! At one point you wondered what other images you could make. How about stars, bells, candy, stockings, gingerbread men, snowmen, C-mas trees etc.? A sample book of tapes is a good idea too! I love doodling! TFS🤗. I hope you feel better soon. 💞

Making faux washi like this is a great idea. Sometimes I find the washi I want is in the wrong colour but the pattern looks ok, so creating something similar in the colour I want would be good. Thanks for this idea.

Hi Rachel it seems that there is always someone who feels they need to point out when in their opinion you have done something wrong. In this instance you were very clear that you were making faux washi. I was bought up to not say anything if I couldn’t say anything nice and wish everyone else would do the same. I remember those people complaining about the fauxshi /washi. Sometimes I think certain ones just choose to hear one or two words and not the whole sentence, and that's the green light for them to go all bat poop crazy 😅🙄. Beautiful work, and hopefully the lurgy won't last too long 😃👌🥰

Another idea for you, why not add the doubles sided strips of tape to a piece of tracing paper after printing some of your painted digitals on it. It might give some very interesting strips of fauxshi. ❤❤❤
