I love at how all instruments to symphonies were utilized in many of the music tracks of the 70s and before. An era I dream would return. My dad would play this artist and many others music throughout my childhood. He is now gone. I miss my Dad, my Uncle, and the 70s.

I just gives me such a great feeling… I met uncle Roy on the 2 train going uptown and we were just sparked a conversation , he reminded a lot of my father, my dad was the same way. It took me about 5 minutes to realize it was him because he said that he had a gig that weekend. I said hold up you’re Roy Ayers and i showed all of the songs of his i had in my iPhone library.. He said damn young blood you really are a fan 😂… I ended up going to his show on another date a few Months later. I had a ball.. He is a treasure..
