Here’s a tip: when you’re interviewing one of the greats, look at him when he talks.

Hello JaisSportsTakes! I don't know if it has ever been mentioned to you, and clearly you have gotten to where you are by being yourself so I do not mean it as a critique unless you wish to approach it that way, but I will say it in case you might be unaware: it is generally perceived as at least slightly off-putting - and at worst outright disrespectful - to chew while you speak to someone. This is tricky to measure, since some will care more about it much more than others (and the very people who care the most might be too polite to mention the implications out of their own tact and/or a desire not to make you uncomfortable in the moment) so if you are not wholly reliant on whatever substance it was I would recommend consciously planning to avoid the situation whenever you are on-camera. The upshot, to follow through on my reasoning, is that just like checking your phone or even vaping during a conversation, the fact of visibly engaging in any other tangential concerns can be A) distracting to the speaker, B) detrimental to your own ability to remain focused on the discussion, and crucially C) denoting that the interviewee is not your top or even your only priority. For people such as Roy Jones who are about my parents' age - to say nothing of my grandparents' or above - speaking with your mouth full tended to have been cause for immediate and stern corrective action, and you might consider the opposing effort to be an act of professionalism undertaken purely out of respect for them. This will remain true even if younger generations do not care (though I suspect everyone would be affected, and that this could therefore be a net positive for your channel overall). Thank you for asking the question, and for bringing us Roy Jones' analysis of the upcoming fight! Hoping this finds you well, -Stéphane Gérard
