SAF's comments in his book are not even that harsh. Just like Roy, he's entitled to his opinion and the way Roy talks about him "he has his trophies, his statue and a stand named after him" makes him look jealous of SAF's success. Players come and go every season at every club (for many reasons), Manchester United are no different and Roy needs to get over it. I don't see why Roy sees himself above everyone else in British football.

More money to add to his X millions. But why are top players asking for Testimonials when they are loaded. If ALL the proceeds go to charity whoever then thats fine. Testimonials before the 90s are ok as players overall outside Div One didnt get huge salaries & now even in lower divisions they deserve a testimonial but in senior divisions its a cheek except for charity. The fans have paid his & t'others humungeous salaries. Hundred grand plus a week & he wants a golden handshake on top. C'mon guys..
