Ray I think Bindon done you right in because he knew you were the better man. You had already beat him and his ego couldn't take it. Walk backwards and forwards for 60/70 metres pulling a weighted sled on smoothish ground plus do bodyweight squats as deep as you can Ray, decent for older guys with a bit of wear and tear 🙏👍

I do know that Baba Elgar and Bindon went to the same school ( Henry Compton, Fulham ) and Baba got his name cause' he had a habit of sucking his thumb, they were both very wild kids not to be messed with,, but also loved a good laugh always prankin'. Last I heard was Baba got shot dead in a scrap yard,died way too young , and John went on to become something of a Legend....... B. LUCKY.......

Lenny was no doubt aware of Bindons likelihood to use a knife etc an likelihood to come back 4 more even if he did deck him .. So perhaps he just made a wise decision by not getting too involved in sn almost lose lose situation .im.sure he stood his ground as much as he cud without opening the can of worms that fighting him wudda brought .. as u know first hand yourself .. by lennny not fighting him ..made bindon wanna fight him an beat him an think he could ... but if lenny did deck him that night when i presume bindon was pissed an lenny wasnt ( .. then it wudda opened up can of worms of bindon wanting revenge an saying he was pissed an lenny took libertys ... this bindon character just sounds like he cud be a relentless dangerous problem who was a bit unhinged ... Sounds like a bad man who was often out of control an off the rrails an he was destined to kill an be killed Dont sound like great to me An alot of u guys may be rhis an may be that but they is a bit more fairness an hounour .. he was like aboutof control dog who wud end up been put down His fighting spirit is admirable though ..he aint dettered or a coward. Alot of people lose to someone an dont want a rematch an get discouraged .. especially if it happens twice .. by some of fhese stories bindon cud get knocked out ten times in a row by same guy an then still come back an beleive he can do the guy in .. even if he has to use something Craziness ..guess he put people on edge an was someone u cudnt relax an let guard down too long around .. i think dodged a bullit .. a bindon cud fight so he cudda maybe have caught lenny an beat him but b even if lenny did bear him ..seems bindon wud be sort who wud want round 2 from these tales ...
