with all that great food.. They should have gave Roy a half hour show.. at the least. would have liked to see their reaction to those dishes. ..im sure the flavors would catch them off guard. ..as someone who grew up in HI and lived in SF, LA and LV.. as for pacific rim fusion cuisine.. Roy is @ the top or atleast top 5

I personally think his food was better in the 90s. I’m not saying he’s not good now but in the 90s he really fused French with Asian and Hawaiian.
