Nice one Brendan, we call them cagers because they're stuck in a cage, like in a jail and we are out side and free (to fly over bonnets?). Just spectacular views, you're very fortunate to live near them. I'm so excited to be looking at a couple of bullet 500's for sale tomorrow. There aren't many left on the market now.

Such lush beauty! Oh and 1,400' above sea level? I wish! Here in southwestern USA, I live at 5,000' MSL....my poor Bullet loses 18% horsepower. I would feel like I had a supercharger installed were I to magically transport myself and my bike over the pond. Loving your travels, my bullet brother.

Really interesting tour, thanks. Different feel to riding on a clear dry day but the dampness does bring out the rugged nature of the rocks as you went through the Pass-Pass. BTW having got a glimps of your boots as you climbed the waterfall they are the sort of thing I've been looking for. Do you mind telling us the brand and how you get on with them? Cheers
@BulletWanderer Жыл бұрын
Cheers JRM! The boots are a pair of Stylmartin Yurok boots my dad got me for Christmas just gone, after the last boots I had started to fall apart in Austria summer 2022 😆 They're a nice sturdy boot it must be said, comfy too! The sole definitely felt thicker than my previous Oxford boots at first, but thats where those boots failed so its good to have a bit more sturdiness to them there. I'll be making a video going over what I bring when i'm touring on the Bullet, might go through my motorcycle gear in it too, cheers for the idea 👍

@BulletWanderer6 ай бұрын
Ha! They used to, until I broke the left mirror at some point travelling through the alps 😅 When I got home I ordered a pair of these from Hitchcocks: accessories.hitchcocksmotorcycles.com/accessory-shop/mirrors/11589 Not as pretty as the stock mirrors, but still look fine, and as you see, don't vibrate into invisibility 😂 I think its cos there's less weight, and a smaller ball joint/stem leading to the mirror. Would recommend if the stock mirrors are bugging you!
