As per company manual, they recommend using Gear oil for lubrication, but once we to RE SHOWROOM for service, they use all kind of CHAIN CLEANER, AND CHAIN LUBRICANTS, and charge around 500/,

clean your chain with WD40 before applying gear oil.

@@siddharthkapadia7674 WD 40? Kerosene or Petrol is better and cheaper. The youtubers tell you to use WD 40 because the company gives them money for that. It's more better in using in small areas and screws to avoid rusting.

Amazing job bhai...bus kuch recommendation hai... Aap jab crank cover tight karo to opposite side tight karo..this helps in maintaining the uniformity of tightness of oring or gasket inside..and never use battery or pneumatic tool for tightening the bolts and nuts..u can tighten it to certain degree but final tightness should be obtained by torque wrench or hand tightened...just a suggestion man..ur videos are worth watching..thanks and support ❤️👍

Bhai meri Gunmatel Grey Classic 350 hain.... 30720 km chal chuki hain. Par aajtaak chain aur sprocket kharab nahi hua hain,,company fitted hain. Kyonki mein apni bullet ki chain ko khud maintain karta hoon. Kerosene se wash karta hoon. Uske baad fresh gear oil se lube kar deta hoon.

If chain sprocket is worn out no matter how frequently you lube it, it still makes sound. Mine would make sound even after lubing and sprocket was new, I changed the clip only and now it's gone. After owning bullet for five years at least now I know every problem of Enfield..
