your video is highly knowledgable for a layman...i had the idling issue in my bike. at workshop they couldn't figure out why its idling at higher rpm, they cleaned tank n told me to get petrol from another station..well, it sounded ridiculous.. problem didn't solve. after watching your video, i went to check the vacuum pipe n it was cracked..! Now, Problem Solved. Thanks a ton.

Very helpful video for my tbt 500 bro... I found the high rpm issue exactly the way u have guided and found the rubber pipe broken at PAV end... fixed it and there u gooooo... rpm is now exactly 1000

Thank you for this informative video, made me understand a lot of details which i wasnt able to understand when my mechanics kept saying. I am facing a problem right now, my bike was affected by the floods in bangalore last month, so when i finally got my bike out of the water i knew it would be wrong to start it so got it towed to the service center and they told me would require full check up including engine hauling as it was affected by the floods and so i agreed to it. After servicing i rode it for a week with no difficulty. Then rode it only after 5 days of break and was experiencing slight difficulty in riding it, I have been having difficulties before too so thought it was cz i didnt ride it for 4-5 days then next day i tried riding it n faced the same difficulty but this time i tried analyzing it, after having seen this video i feel it was the problem with idling and i was experiencing miss fires in btw. Yday i gave it to showroom n made then check with the help of the computer software instrument and it was showing TPS voltage >2.0V on rest and which is abnormal as i read in various places. What do i do about it? Please help.

Hi! Thank you. I was told there is some problem with the clutch plates and get it changed. After looking at this video I had to just change the vacuum pipe(Rs.55/-) and it solved the problem.
