2:26 the old magnetic coil was burnt(black) and it was getting worse. So RE replaced it.

+Kartik re is replacing all the defective parts and also I want to suggest that always add extra 500 ml engine oil in to Ur engine and Ur coil problem will be gone.

Is it safe to add extra 500 ml of engine oil to prevent magnetic coil from burning.Will it not fracture the oil seal or cause any other problem? Secondly,have you tried this in your bike?

Sorry sleep of tongue I had put approx 125 ml of extra oil and it's been more than 7-8 months . There no any problem at all to bike or engine but frankly speaking go for motul or Castrol oil and you won't need to do all this liquid gun is worst oil for bike.

Any magneto coil can be repaired, there are people who do this kind of specialized jobs, the burnt coils will be rewound and fitted back, unfortunately RE replaces coil assembly only.

ഇലക്ട്രിക്ക് മോട്ടോർ, ഒക്കെ rewind ചെയ്യുന്ന technicians ഉണ്ട്‌, അവർ ചെയ്യും. Failure കാര്യം അവരോടു പറയണം, അതിനുളള സൊലൂഷൻ അവർ പറയു. BS4 model nte coil failure ആയി കേട്ടിട്ടില്ല, അതു ഫിറ്റ് ചെയ്തു നോക്കു.

hlo bhai main nepal se hu. hamare yaha bs 4 ke liye aur 6 month wait karna padega to main bs 3 lene ki mud me hu to kya abhi ke bs 3 me ye sab jo aap ne bataya hai change ho ke aaya hai? or bike lene ke baad change karni padegi?? abhi mere paas classic 500 bg hai.
