Like your video. Very clear, good editing and music. I like how those mounts quick disconnect. I agree about the personal choice. I have 80 liter Givi throw overs because I needed as much volume as possible so everything I own is in them and they never flop around because they are heavy. I also like this video because you don't get wrapped up in the details, but show everything we need. Thank you.

Great video. I have been searching for pannier solutions for my interceptor for a while. Royal Enfield's solution is a bit disappointing. I put their pannier frames on but they are a bit of an eyesore. I too have changed out the original exhaust system with smaller silencers. You, so far, have had the best solution which I have found. I wish that they were larger panniers though.
@ksmotoshed79613 жыл бұрын
Thank you! I agree, Royal Enfield could come up with a better solution. About the luggage size, I think it's worth experimenting with the adapter plate and larger panniers. There are some hard cases like this : www.givi.it/givi-products/side-hardbags/monokey/e22 or even better this one : www.motea.com/en/motorcycle-pannier-aluminium-bagtecs-gobi-45l-side-case-959221-0 that they are easy, I believe, for this type of customisation.

Nice job on the bags especially on the ammo box , was surprised to see you didn't have a sump guard fitted , considering the rough tracks you were on ! ride safe and have fun !
@ksmotoshed79613 жыл бұрын
Thank you! Glad you like it! I had the RE sump guard on order and I was planning to have it fitted before this trip but it was delayed at customs. You know, Brexit complications. Anyway, I have it on now but I'm not planning on doing a lot of gravel road riding, especially on the stock tyres! Happy riding!!

I had the same idea! So cool to see you have done it. I am planning on using metal ammo boxes.
@ksmotoshed79613 жыл бұрын
Thanks! My initial idea was to use a metal ammo box as well, but the ones I found in the same size as the plastic one I'm using now were significantly heavier. Still, I think it will look cool anyway!

maybe I didn't get that part clearly, but the LC2 bags are not usable with the default exhaust pipes?

Hi mate, just a quick question the legend LC2 13.5 L if fitted on the right side would it interfere with the stinger exhaust?
@ksmotoshed7961 Жыл бұрын
Hi, it should be ok. I put it on and it seems that there is enough space between the exhaust and the bottom of the bag. I took some pictures but I,m not sure how I can share with you.

I've a question. Are those bags (original one and handmade) lockable in some sort of way? For example if I leave my motorcycle in the parking area could anyone take them considering the quick lock system?
@ksmotoshed7961 Жыл бұрын
Unfortunately there is no built in locking system. Sometimes I use a cable lock to secure them and discourage any attempt to remove them but I generally don’t take any chances.
@7vn534 Жыл бұрын
@@ksmotoshed7961 Thanks! I was thinking about cable locks too. Anyway it seems really weird to me that Motech didn't think about that possible issue.

Hi dear Red&Black interceptor bro, those TEC exhaust 2in1 sound magnificent, i saw that they are road noise legal, but are they homologated? I live in Italy and non homologated exhausts can get you a 500 euro ticket.
@ksmotoshed79613 жыл бұрын
Hi Timmy 96, no, it's not homologated, but yes, it sounds great and you also save a lot of weight! The ticket, though costs more than the exhaust itself. Cheers!!
