I got the part from RE official accesories store listed on their website. The part number you mentioned is the chrome variant, there is a black version too but I got the chrome variant which looks slightly off since I have a Fireball red. Regarding comfort, after fitting these a lot of uneven roads and deformations are filtered but still you got to be careful with big potholes. Thanks for the video ❤

Hi, I approached Royal Enfield service center for replacement of rear shocks to nitrox. They replied to me that if I replace it, I will lose the warranty. I have a doubt that the service center is misleading me. Can you please clarify me about this?
