Top position means rock position jaha crank rotate ho rahi hoti but piston move nahi karta.. Top aur bottom do aisi position hoti hai jaha piston move nahi karta nano second keliye but crank rotate karti karti rehti.. Video bahut accha bnaya bhai ne.. Bahut accha smjaya b.. Good job bhai

Rummy Bhai, excellent video. Your videos are always full of information. People should watch it carefully as the same techbique and principles are used to set timing on any any engine with points. Cars, motorcycles generators, they all can be set with this technique. I also put a small amount of good quality grease on the cam, the thing that rotates when the engine turns. After setting the points I also set he timing. We should make sure that we are at the TDC, top dead center, during the compression stroke. I learnt to set points and igniton timing on my car. Engines with points are simple and easy to maintain.

I am a pilot & Bulleteer with technical bent of mind. As per the internal combustion engine theory... The spark should take place before the TDC. As per the video, spark is at TDC. Correct me if I am wrong. May be theory caters for high rev engines & bullets are very low revs.

Hi brother, thanks a lot for this video. I've seen many videos on Enfield 350 explaining many things but trust me you have a good explanation and presentation skills. I'm planning to buy a cast iron bullet. i test rode few of them but didn't actually get a good bike. Then i got one electra 2002 model. Electra does not have that point so i'm a little doubtful whether i will get that original thumping feel. what is your suggestion.

Hi, this is seriously amazing video. Especially i loved your pen and board explanation. I will share this video to all my bullet friends and hope you get more subscribers like me. I just want to give you a suggestion, like, why dont u make a separate playlist for 350cc old bullet, where u put up all essential videos, like 1. Carburetor settings 2. Points setting (already u have done this) 3. Push rod settings 4. Tappet settings 5. Anything else u feel more important, etc. If you make it this way, bro i seriously will tell, you will become god in this bullet videos, because no one else has done anything this kind before, everyone wants to hide their knowledge treasure, but u have broken this stereotype by sharing what u know. Basically, the problem we as a user of bullet face is falling short of good and intelligent mechanics like you, i understand not everyone will get ppl like you to fix our bikes, but rather your video's can do that for us. After completion of this series, u can same way expand your playlists for java, roadking, classic bullet, rd 350, rx etc. Its simple as this, anyone has problem with their old bikes, they directly come to your channel, search your playlist for their bike category and get done with their problem 👍 This is what is in need of hour bro, no one has done it like this b4. Heavy crank me low speed me smoothness to milti he lekin pick up down rahti he is liye vo city traffic me quick response nahi de pati, us condition me light crank engine hi suitable he... Dono ke fayde aur nukshan he, aap kis condition me bike chalana chahte ho us ke upar engine selection ke hisab se model choose karna jaruri he.... Off-road ya hilly condition me heavy crank aur city traffic ya smooth road pe light crank engine suitable hota he....
