​@jayasudhanganesh7349 I had faced starting issues, solved by RE in half an hour by changing relay under warranty , bike heats a bit when you ride it slow but other than that it's a very good choice in this price range. Engine has got so refined , it's the perfect balanced bike for me .

Strell, I am very new to the motorcycle scene, I am planning to buy my first bike ever, my riding style is very relaxed, I don't want much fast speeds and I want something which is comparatively low maintenance (efforts wise). I am tall, 6'1 and I don't want the feet placement to be much like a sports bike. I am currently confused between Triumph speed 400, New Classic 350, Kawasaki W175 and this Scram 411. Which would you suggest? My running would not be for long distances, I would just ride it for pleasure around town.

I own a 2023 scram 411. Just under 1000kms now, experiencing lot of false neutrals and hard shifts into 2 gear. There is also this metallic ting sound from the front suspension when picking the bike up from a parking stance, sometimes heard while hitting potholes as well. Royal Enfields service advisor asked to wait till 2nd service to rectify these issues. Any tips ?

@@severadas993 the front suspension issue was rectified by tightening the foundation. hard shifting into gears needed a little more practice to get around. but overall a solid bike and not planning on selling it for another 3-4 years.

@@rikmondal4053 run in 5000kms and the transmission is smoother now. is a fun bike and fits my requirement perfectly. remember that no bike is a 10 out of 10. consider your need and weigh your options.

Classic 350 for thump and more city like and to feel the royal Enfield royalty cb350 for a better top speed but shitty service centers

Classic 350 is more maneuverable but the extra suspension travel of the Scram 411 is better for handling bad roads. The difference in torque throughout the rev range is very noticeable.

VStorm is a good motorcycle, it's an adventure tourer which has an engine that is a road biased. Scram is a scrambler which is good for both but has an engine that is off road biased as it's based on an adventure bike. I personally like the scram 411 for looks and the overall package

Very very curious whether they will have a scram 450 version. If so, this should rock and beat Triumph out of the park. Edit: i feel that this is a test platform, if there is good feedback by the mass, then royal enfield will update it with Sherpa engine, and release it.

Royal Enfield is not just a motorcycle. It is an emotion. We Indians are emotionally attached to Enfields. Rode my dad's old Bullet first when I was 12 years old( with him sitting on the pillion). Graduated to more Bullets after college as they were the only things that would go on bad estate roads. I ride a Hunter now. I am 67 years old. Like I said, it's an emotion.

But do the same with Hunter/ scram, you would feel like riding a cheap bike. That is my point, they are selling you overpriced products using brand name. They are using your emotions to make money.
