very nice video sir.i would like to know that my 2007 electra 5s when in high rev or riding uphill in 1st gear there's grudgy/grinding engine sound not that of tappet sound what would be the reason please kindly suggest

Boss, I think, before we start doing the adjustment the bullet should be in warm condition(Optimum temperature) since the metal rods can extend during the heat.

U r correct bro.. but there will be the following issues if you do it when the engine is hot. 1. The push rod cap can break, because when the engine is warm push rod cap thread gets expanded so that it can be tightened to the maximum using lock nut and when the engine gets cool, the lock nut cannot retain it's original position resulting in breaking of the push rod cap. 2. Valves get damaged. ( Just imagine thermal expansion) 3. During cold start the engine will have tappet noise

My tappet rod adjusting screw has slipped and can't tight it, while changing it is there any setting except adjusting tappet,

Push rod broken while adjusting 😥 Exhaust rod was too tight and there was no compression at all...Can I change it myself ?

I have standard bullet 2009 model sir my ignition coil which was given my standard bullet was sparking so i changed ignition coil.. but now i have problems in my bullet in weak current so i 2 time change ignition coil what is exact problem? 10 or 15 day given best current when was install new ignition coil but slowly down give current.. .

TDC is NOT when the needle deflects to the right, but a little bit further. The needle deflects when the spark lights. If your engine runs correctly, at the time the needle deflects, the piston is at 0.8mm before TDC. My advice, put the bike in gear (1st is fine), use se decompressor and the kick to the point where the needle goes to the top, then, still decompressing, with your hand turn the wheel forward 1 spoke. Now your close to TDC ;-)

Yes but as long as it is NEAR tdc comp stroke the cam-followers are on the 'back of the cam' which is concentric (no cam profile).Setting the valve clearances ANYWHERE on the back of the cams is fine.You only need such precision during a rebuild and for , as you say the '8.mm spark advance.
