We can't give a license to anyone that's can't pass the helicopter flying lessons. It would be too dangerous for Harry, soldiers, and private citizens. Prince William passed his flying skills, very skilled at flying. Better man for the job.

I still don't understand why some of these people get to wear a uniform they didn't earn. The only person in the family that deserves any honorary rank is the Princess Royal because she works the hardest.
