Been using mine for about three months now. Average use is maybe 1-2 times a week so I wouldent consider that high frequency use. Pros: the handles are great, they never hold heat and i can lift the lid mid-cook to check on meat. The grilling grates are very easy to clean and offer pretty good heat distribution and retention. Price point is affordable. Cons: the damn thing is falling apart. The lift tray for the main cooking area is bowing in the middle due to the heat from direct grilling. It is just not robust enough to handle the coals sitting on it as it was designed to do. The heat resistant paint is not rust resistant or cooked off; The offset cooker lid in particular looks like its about 3 years old instead of 3 months. I know that i can retreat this with a rattle can of heat resistant paint, but the original paint should not have flaked off that quick. Overall I have mixed feelings on this Royal Champion offset bbq smoker. Its a decent starter grill for anyone but its not gonna last forever.

YES YOU CAN..thats what i bought mine for....you can use the side smoker for extra grilling if needed..but I will mainly be smoking over serveral hours in the mailn grill box while using brisket for heat and cherry wood for smoke flavor n the side smoker
