I think there are some Delta force CAG training footage on youtube. Niko Ortiz I think did a reaction video on it and to put it into his words it was "BIG HOT". It was 45 seconds from helo touchdown to all bad guys dead and hostage saved. I think you should watch the raw footage. I think it is called "CAG A Squadron HR CQB training"

I was an 11 Bravo or U.S. Army Infantry, your basic conventional front line troop. We did lots of training in CQB and most of my time I was called the number one man in a stack (4 infantrymen). We were trained that the number one man went in the path of least resistance. So in that scenario the #1 man would go straight to the cleared out corner and then turn to check the next corner. The #2 man would button hook around the entrance and clear the other corner. I will add we did learn and start training to square up our bodies when shooting so we had more armor protection when we were told we were going to Iraq.

In USMC, we trained in teams of four, usually for CQC. It was fun training, but they also made it very difficult for us to complete our "missions," and did a good job making us feel the stress and danger of what it would be like for real. Luckily, I never had to do it when I was in Afghanistan. Back in 2000-2005, when I was in, we used MILES gear for training. We used to call it "laser tag training." LoL I'm very curious if RBM used MILES?? Also, Luke is one guy I would love to have some mead with!! GREAT video Luke, as usual!!

Seals, like other American SF groups are typical small units and a lot of time are taking over or searching large buildings. This was apart of a speciality with my unit, we trained and trained with other OGAs. When u have a 6,8 or 10 man team you can stack up initials, go room by room in smaller buildings but in large buildings you don't have a choice when speed and surprise are ur assets.

one thing i dont get is how many frags they use, i mean even if youre on a 12 man team and eachof u have 4 nades, thats 48 nades, if ur fragging every room u enter in a freekin city u will run out of nades by the time u clear 1 or two buildings... does the army just have a 5 ton cargo truck full of nades following every squad around???

As a tanker we had minimal CQB .. a couple times at a MOUT site. Having your alarm go off that you were 'dead' sobered you quickly.
