Cool video but this was different than the one he referenced. The correct video is “ CAG A Squadron HR CQB Training”. Its actual force on force from a helo landing with a real hostage.

When we trained we had targets set up like the tan and white target. This was for standing shots and final shot. Standing two shots center mass, then one to the head as if they were laying on the ground.

That form of shooting drill is more suitable to special mission operators who would be assaulting targets outside of normal military operations in a combat zone. These guys could roll up in a van dressed in civilian clothes on a target in a city that is lightly guarded (or not guarded at all) and quickly assault it to capture or kill whoever the HVTs may be there. It could be a team of 2-4 guys storming the place, so doing the traditional CQB doesn't apply in that type of OP. They likely got all the intel they need on how many individuals are there and the level of threat they pose, so they go in hard and fast as hell eliminating threats that have no idea that they are there. Don't let GWOT fool you, they are a CT unit first and foremost. They do the stuff outside of known military operations, so the CQB that they do would not be the same that the rest of us do in military combat units given the environment and mission.

Also, he fired at the target in the hallway before he crossed the door where he turned left and hit the target in the room. It could be the camera angle that makes it look like he stood in the door, but you clearly see him transition to pistol, hit the target in the hallway while stepping forward, and then pivot left at the doorway.

No disrespect but I can almost assure you that what you saw had nothing to do with Delta Force. What you saw was probably members of the Green Berets or another Army Ranger Regiment. The fact of the matter is that there are government people online that would never allow Delta Force and their skillsets to be shown online. At best, you saw an "inferior" unit to Delta Force because I can assure you that the US government wouldn't allow their elite soldier's skills to be shown online.

One of the guys in my unit won best squad and best soldier competitions, and went on to special forces selection. He said that everybody there was really weird. He himself could never get tired, his body just did not produce the lactic acids that create that sensation. Among the other guys he bunked with there was one that only needed a few (3-4) hours of sleep to be fully rested, and a guy whose body temperature never changed. I imagine the guys in Delta Force all have some weird mutated quirk like that.

That’s a timed action course via GBs. Been there and done that. Definitely newer guy it seems like due to many flaws in the run but he’d be graded on that anyways. Great video though and I’m interested in seeing you learn more about the REAL US military badasses. Everyone thinks the SEALs because they are so well known because they talk too much lol. It’d be interesting to see what you can find on GBs and their big brother, Delta Force (which has its own separate divisions within) as do most JSOC units

So about the video, the guy that's shooting is already on the team. These guys just train for hours on end and if you want to know how many rounds tier 1 guys go through in one year it's about 60,000 rounds per year these guys shoot. About the training video shown it is about reaction tike hut he's actually moving a lot faster to the point the enemy doesn't have enough time to react. They have also have history of breaking rules of CQB before and it's always just moving fast and surprising the enemy constantly, speed, surpise, and direct action and Delta lives up to that statement. Also about the second insignia that's not the the real Delta insignia, the real Delta insignia is just a red patch with a sword that says airborne on it, similar to the Green Beret patch minus the blue color and yellow lighting bolt, halo the sword is thiner. Back to the training video they are given the scenario they are told to shoot amd not to shoot, so thats why he didn't shoot some targets that were in his view. On top of that the Targets are not straight they are always angled in way of how someone is standing, walking, and their stance alone. So those targets are probably difficult to shoot at, if yoy are an avid shooter yoy may have a few misses here and there, these guys just train on these scenarios day and night. The stuff they do is insane and even crazy it's like your watching a 90s action military movie where everything seems so unrealistic, only difference is that they know the why
@beesnestna9544
@beesnestna9544 29 күн бұрын
There were many types of these targets on the range (where I had to qualify twice a year). A lot of it had to do with availability but we did actually have targets of a perpetrator holding a hostage in front of them. Mostly however, the targets were very similar to the targets depicted here. Not much of a "leaked" video to be honest.😕 The training is very similar to the training I went through for over 25 years. We did actually have "simunition" training where there were actual actors/perpetrators firing back at you instead of inanimate targets (yes, I know the military does this with lasers). Simunitions are an under-powered cartridges firing soap projectiles, and yes they leave a small bruise when they hit unprotected skin. Peace to you.🕊

It is a run and guns check. You depend on speed and shock going so fast that the 7 in that final room are dropping before they realize you are there and have time to react properly. Double tapping, it is not about being humane in the least it is about stacking bodies. Two hard hit in the kevlar, center of mass is going to drop you even if you have a vest on. He doesn't stop for "Hostages because it is speed of action and impact of force to create paralyzing shock. Yeah it is leaving him dangling out there with no cover, but he is creating the hyperaggressive muscle memory displayed in the Punisher TV show. You are already dead to consequences and have to be to survive and stay alive.
