Any advice for how to strike the ground or proper running form? Also while doing the beep test I can't make it past 6.1 due to my speed do you have any recommended exercises that really help one strike the ground harder or increase stride length, thanks! I appreciate these videos alot I have BMOQ with the CAF in about an year!

Land on forefoot. Do NOT heel strike unless u want too much force going through your joints

Run in the way that's natural for you mate. You won't be able to land on your forefoot if you have boots on for example.

On CPC I believe they stop it around 11, but as stated, you should be aiming for higher

I’m actually surprised this isn’t higher on the cpc. I think level 12 would be better and more realistic to the level of fitness you’ll need

I don't, 18 is a bloody mental level 😅 it's just what the audio on the KZbin video goes to but when I was down there they stopped it at 11 or so. Pretty much everyone breezed it.
