Nice. They will sell fast. If I had followed people 7 years ago I wouldn't be a homeowner today. It was small with room to expand. You must have vision. Some of the richest communities in Jamaica have ghettos nearby. Crime is everywhere.

The home buyers are the one letting the developer getting away with this over pricing because as the put up a scheme people flock to them that's not an 18 are 23 million dollar property in the middle of newland ghetto they built these houses for around 5 million max I know a lot of people are in desperate need for a home but this is taking advantage of the low to middle income buyers very unfair

Ye because I live in pines and this is not apart of pines. It’s is apart of newlands. It’s not even connected to pines. Only thing a guh happen is that people a guh over there go rob and the place turn into ghetto

@@aquarianbabe2 absolutely highway robbery but as I said the buyers are the ones letting them getting away with this over pricing I suggest you look into the development that about to start right next to Caribbean estate the two bedrooms are going to be around $21mill a little bit pricey but they are gonna be over 1200 sq ft from what I heard they are going to worth every penny with a community gym and all a property next to Caribbean estate value increase rapidly each year the developer is new era are you can try to get into shooters hill that's coming up soon I'll suggest you don't even think about getting one of those units in that community the value of that property will not move for years until those communities around it is rebuilt..good luck.

I am very concerned about the location...One of my family members is looking for a place. We had spoken to New Era Homes so i know they are coming with something really nice next to Caribbean Estates. I bit more pricey but I am certain will be way better. They told us to stay in touch and they took my number as well......May God look down on us. I do not know how we are going to manage. They dont look bad though compared to a lot of the ones I have seen. The location, however, is a concern.

Chrisamz try doing a vlog on Camelot Village in Discovery Bay St.Ann. 2beds 2 baths starting price $17mil minimum lot size 5000 Sq ft minutes from Puerto Seco beach. Green Grotto caves. Columbus Park, 20 minutes drive to Dunns Rive Fal & beach, 25 mins to Ocho Rios ..much better deal than Royal PAINS.

These master bedrooms look like the size of a proper bathroom though. They need to stop building these as master bedrooms and call it bedroom 1 and bedroom 2. People need to travel or even KZbin n see proper master bedroom. I won't bash the vloger however these builders need fi chuck off they behaving like people don't know what a real master bedroom should look like, kmft. They build these houses, say master bedroom and build a wall and call it gated community and the walls around some of these gated communities are not even 12 feet in height kmt.
