i have borderline personality disorder. mood swings, self hate, etc, there was a time when i cried a lot and just wanted to let it all go. but i didn't. i asked for professional help and i'm still just stagnating but i'm better. we only have one life and it goes away fast. do anything that helps you- find something or someone to motivate you. move somewhere else, change your job or find good people to be around you. i don't want to tell you what to do, just trying to help. hope you are better now :)
