I've been a player since the Enchantix days and these dolls feel so cynical and cash grabby to me. It feels like a ditch effort to just make money instead of actually making the game accessible to players. The constant advertising of the toys in the game is screaming "BUY OUR STUFF NOW" instead of an extension of the game that is optional and accessible. That's what made me quit Royale High, if everything else hasn't shown shameless disregard for the player base

Piggy is currently selling plushies and a new wave of plushies will arrive soon but instead of abusing of players, Minitoon the owner of Piggy settled sales goals and when these are reached all players without exeption will receive rewards, doesn't matter if they purchased the toys or not. I will not say that players who bought the dolls don't deserve their exclusivity but what CallMehBob wants to do is inflating more the economy for the last players of RH to over-playing it for hours.

I always joked and told my friends if the RH dolls came to Trinidad that it would be a crazy and unaffordable price anyways, for example, Monster High dolls down here goes up to 600$ each in some places, which is eye watering LMFAO and not everyone has a credit or debit to order, so it would always be unfair for them to release more dolls when theres always gonna be a part of the fanbase who probably can't get the dolls easily or at all.

I think they are making dolls because a bunch of people bought them during the Christmas and Halloween update. This probably clicked in Night barbie's head and she realized these dolls actually have power in monetization for the game. Also I doubt these dolls will be worth much considering how the series one dolls are already a lot cheaper than they were a few months ago, I only think these will be expensive because they’re new and no one has them yet. bro it makes me mad that they put dolls in places where they don't sell good instead of selling them where they would like in countries that don't have them or where most Royale High players live (which I'm seeing is usually the USA/UK/AUS/CANADA ECT. (and I'm not saying every player is from these countries btw) Honestly, I don't know if it was done on purpose to make them rare and expensive so people would buy a ton of them just to sell them for outrageous prices or just having problems making them worldwide like the mystery diamond friends (cause I guess they count as "child-gambling" in some areas? idk that's just a guess of mine and some others) but fr omg seeing a wave 2 after just finishing wave 1 made me tweak but expected since they were hinting abt it when the dolls first came out with the title "wave 1" which made me think there's "probably" more of them coming (which I'm not looking forward to). btw this is just a rant I wanted to get of my chest about this because this is just a big mess & really needs to be fixed.

I wish they would make the dolls more accessible before releasing another wave. I’m in England, it should be fairly easy to get them, but no, so many aren’t accessible here. Let alone other countries. Royale high needs to truly step up. They have 6-10 staff on team (devs, scripters etc) whilst it isn’t a small passion project anymore, it’s a huge game that brings in millions in a matter of months, comparable games have 30+ staff / devs on team. Barbie has to start hiring contracted adults alongside the minors working for robux / in game currency. Then things will be released. Barbie is the ONLY builder on team. Hence why castles take years to release.

The nuance I can provide for the dolls is that yes its a way to earn money, but if they pull the "get a set from dolls" route I'm just going to feel a bit salty. I understand money and its barbie life and job, just hope the dolls are at least not used for the "code redeem to get this set" thing.

Well, people are more angry about the fact that Royale High is ignoring the community. Since no one wanted RH to release more dolls in the first place, in fact, everyone is begging for RH to add more sets that can be bought with diamonds since we're lacking them. Besides, Royale High has a lot of problems and controversies that even though the community has pointed them out multiple times, they totally ignore us, I totally understand why people are disappointed as someone who has played the game since it came out. Honestly, I've totally lost hope in RH and I'm just waiting for the game to die. 🥲

Also the sets from the dolls are expensive to buy for diamonds. They could at least make some small jobs in the rh to at least earn some diamonds Royale High is not game anymore, it’s just a game about farming your a** out or the devs are juicing money from theyre players.. since they shouldn’t because theyre literally disappoint theyre players now. As a person or player of rh, I have to do commissions for royale high diamonds to have something to dress in- actually I have a full ww set and parasol and I payed around 175-180k just for these and only- items i rn have. Not just to mention how hard must be rh for the newcomers to the game mostly for those who have no gamepasses for the doubling diamonds, since the game gives u only 150- diamonds in the beginning and then ofc chests but with the old sets and new sets but only for money.. poor people literally
