Such a dope review to a hella dope album. I liked that in his press run he was saying this is how his debut should've been. It truly is his reintroduction to the game. He's spit so many dope rhymes & had so many projects that its stunning for him to release this. 15+ in the game & since his decision to be sober, its really affected/help him move in the right direction. If ur fan of any of his work, this gives u a bit of everything. I can't stress enough how lyrical/dope the 2nd verse to wait is,it illustrated Malcolm at his finest. To Think after PRhyme's classic EP,he just may have released a solo album that can rival it or Death is Certain. I agree with Myke,he separated hisself on this from just being Em's boy or a member of slaughterhouse. This is Nickel at his peak

Oh man I am so glad you guys reviewed this project. It's so insane and beautiful how great of a Hip-Hop album this is. LIKE FUUUUUUUCK 2016 and this shit is so complex lyrically but still gives you that commercial appeal. Like Myke said this and Street Hop to me are like neck and neck, but I like this just a little bit more because it just has so many layers lyrically with the concepts of each song. The production selection was so good, and the composition of all the songs from track to track production wise and lyrically was fantastic. Thank you thank you thank you thank you Royce and everyone who helped create this album, for sitting down and really putting your all into this. Can't wait for his next project and PRhyme 2!

I did a meet and greet with Royce in Calgary Alberta Canada. Tiny bar venue. We only got to talk for like 2 or 3 minutes. I told him that the album sounds nothing like anything he's done before. That I never took him for someone who could write such a tight project with everything in it just being so good. He totally understood what I was saying. He knew that he's always been a spitter but this time he wanted to move in a bigger direction and honestly I think that is what makes him the best out of the slaughterhouse line up. He has grown and overcome so much. At the end of the show he told the crowd "Lot's of you in the meet and greet told me that this is the best thing I've ever made. I promise you I will never get my priorities mixed up again. I am focused and I'm going to keep doing my best." It was amazing. Everyone there was so hype. Then we all exploded into a champ yelling "Hip Hop, Hip Hop, Hip Hop!!" While he was just beasting on stage. One of the best experiences of my life.

They not going to mention that Royce didn't have a verse on Slaughterhouse - Goodbye ? I mean he refference that in Tabernacle ''Like even though he just got here, goodbye.'' I think that the reason why he didn't put a verse in Goodbye were because of him wanted to dedicate a whole song about it.. Since it is such a story and deserves more then just a verse. But i just read the annotation of that bar on rapgenius and it says.. ''Royce was the only of the four guys to not appear on that song, claiming he felt at the time that he had nothing to add to the song properly.'' Well guess i was wrong haha..
