I don't understand the dislike for Maria here. I think she would make an excellent bachelorette because she's a lot more relatable to me. She's outspoken and confident and makes communication mistakes that a lot of us make when navigating a relationship (let alone on a show) and that makes me love her more. We've had so many bachelorettes like Daisy and frankly a season with Daisy as bachelorette is not exciting to me. Daisy is the perfect, can do no wrong, all-american sweetheart and I can't relate to that. Maria's season of the bachelorette would be incredibly exciting because she's not "perfect", she is however confident, kind and so relatable.

Let's stop talking about Raquel like she's a 12 year old incapable of forming a thought. She is a 30 YEAR OLD WOMAN who knew enough to have an affair for 6 months, manipulate on camera while perpetuating a second storyline at Katie's expense, and she also certainly knew enough on day 1 to take herself to James' DJ set and get herself on the show. She stated in Scheana's podcast (8.25.23, timestamp 1:08:39 for those that care) that when Rachel's team sent the cease and desists around last March (a.k.a Send it 2 Darrell), Ariana's team not only complied but sent Rachel's legal team proof that she deleted the video and didn't send it to anyone else.

Rachel “hearing” comes from Sandoval. On her podcast she’s been convinced there was this whole story from Lisa reuniting graham in Tahoe and condemning Rachel about it-she says repeatedly I heard this is how this is going to play out. Sandoval on his podcast tells us he called Rachel to tell her about Tahoe but Rachel had already stopped talking to him. So he called her publicist. Now Rachel looks wild because that isn’t at all what occurred. Sandoval was trying to drum it up to get her to talk to him. He’s manipulative like that. She stills blindly believes him. So now she’s saying VPR reshot it because she was so vocal that graham happened differently. I guarantee that Sandoval weaponized the video to get Rachel to unite with him and stay with him….the sick thing is they still are hurting Arianna, both Sandoval and Rachel have no humanity or concern for Arianna.

Yet theyre both explaining the exact same scenario, only in Lindsay's case she's WASTED and overreacts to what Carl says in the car. Maybe it's just me, but when I drank too much I woke up the next day KNOWING if anything happened it was probably my fault, cause I had drank too much. I apologize. I agree to some extent when we talk about LIB people not knowing each other very long, but I think they also know each other way better than people in the outside world know each other in that time. In the world we date people sometimes once a week for a couple hours and few texts in between while we go to work and go about our lives, so their sped up process of talking many hours every day I think makes it a little less wild to think how they get so attached.

She invalidates everything she does every single time she attempts to place blame on Ariana. She’s done it since the moment the affair was exposed, and continues to regularly do it. She’s confirming she still can’t take any actual accountability by including Ariana in this incredibly poorly written filing…where they repeatedly use the word “supposedly” regarding any accusations against Ari, because they know that their isn’t ANY actual evidence she did anything, because she didn’t. Ari immediately informed her lawyers about everything that was going and sent them proof that she’d deleted the video before she ever even called Rachel that night.

Keep in mind that Rachel would have to prove that all the injuries she is claiming were caused by the alleged distribution of the video. Rachel will have a hard time proving to a jury that all of her loss of income or her emotional distress were actually caused by the video. I think it's reasonable that they would find her injuries were caused by the affair. I hope Ariana has the resources to take it all the way to a trial and not settle.

Finally people are acknowledging Lindsay’s awful behavior. I was confused by how Carl was immediately deemed the bad guy in the court of public opinion, especially after we’ve seen how Lindsay has treated her exes, housemates & friends. I always 👀 the loudest person who points fingers because usually they’re trying to divert attention away from their own wrongdoings. Carl’s silence spoke volumes to me. PR truly is Lindsay’s strength, although time is unraveling her spin on this situation.

I will be blunt and say while daisy is very sweet, I can’t help but think a big appeal about her is that’s a blonde, palatable, “innocent” girl for a very white audience that is bachelor nation. I personally love Maria and think she would make a really fun and exciting bachelorette. Beyond that, from hometowns we see how deeply does feel but struggles with articulating that at times (as many of us can relate). I feel like a lot of the people who dislike Maria don’t like her confidence. While those who do admire her confidence and find it inspiring.

The lawsuit isn't limited to Tom and Ariana. It includes DOES 1-50 inclusive, which is described as up to 50 individuals and or entities not yet known. The suit notes Scheana's assult. If Ariana sent Scheana the recording at the time of the assult, Scheana is likely being pulled into the suit also.

I personally think that Lindsay accusing Carl of being on drugs is just the start of the reasons why he called off the engagement. Nick is giving Rachel way way way too much grace and empathy. Sometimes when it’s a conduct that’s been done over and over and OVER it’s not someone being manipulated. Maybe she’s a horrible horrible person, with an awful character low quality human that cares about NO ONE and nothing but herself and is capable of anything to get what she wants and has proven it more then once.

I agree. For this reason, I think they will force the suit to be heard in court. Also that the suit will expand to a wider range of people and or entities. Which a clause written into the list of defendants allows for.

Dude. The amount of grace given to Tom is bonkers. And down playing being recorded without your consent that not legit revenge porn and a huge legal problem is also bonkers. So saying you’re the better person for not taking action. She spent three months in residential. I have many opinions about how Rachel handled and behaved but she’s appears irredeemable on this podcast. She is also capable of making an informed decision.
